Moving Forward in Life

You cannot achieve your goals if you do not have any. When you collaborate with Suzanne, you'll identify the priorities that lead to success.

The Transformational Process

Step 1: Initial Change Check-in

Schedule a free, 30-minute Initial Change Check-In call to determine if a partnership with Suzanne can facilitate your progress toward success and holistic health as you define it. As a full-time international traveler, she may be nearby for an in-person meeting — but more likely you’ll connect remotely.

If you’re ready to put in the effort that is required for big, exciting change, you’ll create a schedule of weekly or bi-weekly video calls with Suzanne. Together, you will work in 5-session packages, which cost $500USD in total and are purchased in advance of the first session.

The first stage of the transformation process is to define a baseline and measurable goals for change. Clear awareness of the current, troublesome situation must precede any effort to change. This can take time to unfold. Expect Suzanne to use her journalism background to ask the right questions regarding what held you back previously. Then, based on your specific needs, lifestyle, and environment, together you’ll construct an action plan of daily habits for intentional change. This is a process of self-mastery — not always easy, but worth it!

Beyond constructive and interactive discussions, Suzanne has a large “toolbox” of skills and experience to facilitate change, and together you’ll decide what could work for you. Options include:

  • Reiki treatments (remote and hands-on sessions available)
  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT, also known as “tapping”)
  • Science-based biohacking methods such as intermittent fasting or journaling
  • Naturopathy, including Western herbalism, Bach’s flower essences, and nutritional therapies
  • Yoga (Suzanne is certified in an Anusara alignment-based practice and has taught yin, restorative, chair, children’s, and power vinyasa — along with other styles.)
  • Tarot card reading

The goal is an emotionally regulated process that feels relaxed and fun, yet challenging enough to move your toward your goals. Reiki healing, yoga classes, and tarot card readings are also available for purchase outside of coaching packages.

With each call, you’ll review your goals, practices, and habits that are transforming your life. This accountability is an integral part of the coaching process, as you’ll gain clarity about your changing identity along the way. Together, you and Suzanne can brainstorm ways to overcome obstacles. You’ll master the art of staying dynamic, testing new ideas, and adapting. After all, Darwin’s theory isn’t the survival of the fitness. It’s the survival of the most adaptable. Are you ready to evolve?

Suzanne loves to celebrate the success of others! As you work to improve your life and reach your goals, the long road can make it tough to notice when the effort pays off. But this is the most fun part! When you collaborate with Suzanne as your transformational coach, you’ll have someone along the way to keep you focused and motivated to be your very best. Connection feels wonderful!

As you identify true and authentic ways you have transformed, it’s possible you’ll see new ways to explore new visions for the future. As we become our best selves, we see our potential is limitless!

Suzanne Works with Clients Who...

  • Want to empower themselves in the present moment by cultivating a growth mindset.
  • Honor the balance between science and the metaphysical by recognizing that change often requires both.
  • Value kindness, peace, interconnectivity, and — perhaps most importantly — fun!
  • Are ready and willing to put in the effort required to reach their goals, with the understanding that no energy is wasted.

Suzanne has worked with clients of all genders, ages, ethnicities, and individualized visions. It’s not about fitting into a certain demographic, but about shared values.

Suzanne doesn’t work with those who are motivated by simply a bigger bank account, performative success as defined by others, or finding the “magic pill” for immediate results. Her clients are interested in meaningful progress that unveils the path to life’s purpose.

Testimonials from Past Clients

Meet Suzanne, Your Transformational Coach

Ever notice how seemingly random past experiences can serve as stepping stones to the present? That’s the case for Suzanne Wentley, who has thrived as a full-time nomad for the last decade.

An Italian-American raised in the United States, she studied journalism and politics at New York University.  She worked as an award-winning science journalist for a chain of daily newspapers in Florida before shifting focus to communications work for nonprofits, small businesses, and governmental agencies. For the last 20 years, she’s freelanced for magazines, logging thousands of interviews with researchers, biologists, therapists, matchmakers, coaches, entrepreneurs, and intrepid thought leaders throughout the world. As a result, she’s become an expert on biohacking, travel, habit formation, finances, holistic health, and relationships.

Yet Suzanne is more than a researcher. A Reiki master for more than 20 years, she also focuses on the healing arts. For nearly 15 years, she has taught yoga, meditation, and breathwork on five continents to students ages 1 to 91. She holds certifications in naturopathy and Emotional Freedom Technique. She leads women’s circles and accountability groups, runs a book club, and holds workshops on the creative process. Her creative nonfiction memoir is entitled “One-Way Ticket.”

Suzanne is a life-long vegetarian and ukulele player. She loves to roller-skate, jump around in the ocean, laugh with friends, and listen to live music. She deeply values fun and looks forward to supporting you to reach your goals.
